Originally conceived in 1996 and with initial development under the name AgencyForce, our primary objective was to eliminate redundant data entry in the insurance industry. Through an array of services, we provided data bridges for those agents and/or carriers that presented a need for data to be transferred to and from different platforms.
Initially offering services to assist agents and carriers with book rollovers, our state-of-the-art technology extracted the necessary data from the target “book” and delivered a spreadsheet containing all necessary underwriting elements needed for the underwriter to efficiently conduct an accurate risk analysis.
Recognizing data in its native state often contained misspelled and abbreviated words and many missing elements, we developed a proprietary interpretation library which emends the faulty text.
In 2003, we addressed the need to extract encrypted data from management systems by developing the PDFReader. This technology gave us the ability to retrieve data from ANY management system.
With the creation of Agency Force Typing Assistant in 2005, we now had the ability to upload the data retrieved from the PDFReader to web applications.
In May of 2009, ADTS and Insurance Technologies Corporation joined forces to form the Insurance Technologies Corporation Pre-Fill Division. Founded in 1983 and operating nationwide, ITC has been a leading provider of insurance rating, management, and website solutions to the insurance industry. ADTS was a perfect complement to ITC with its unique technology to solve data entry issues faced by agents and underwriters alike.
