We will change PRE-FILL Assistant ("PFA") immediately with no impact on your workflow.

Prices are per location, so if agency has more than one office, each is charged for size of the office;

Is there a long term contract?
No, subscription is month to month.
Do you only map ACORD apps?
No, we extract from the supplemental apps also (such as location schedules or named insured schedules).

What if we use our management system differently from other agencies?
We've seen many variations on use of management systems. So far, we haven't seen any variations that we couldn't accommodate/adjust to.
Is PRE-FILL Assistant available for other web applications?
By early 2008, ADTS will upload to the following:

How does it work?
All Products start by printing an ACORD app from your management system as a pdf and uploading those to us through our gateway. ADTS reads the data from the process changes depending on the product.
- Spreadsheet Assistant (AmRisc or SOV), the spreadsheet is delivered to your desktop. You save it and check the data on the product.
- Pre-Fill Assistant (Citizens or any Homeowners web app), we fill our data confirmation form giving you the chance to change or modify data. When completed, data is uploaded to Citizens ePAS system or back to your desktop for uploading to other web applications.
- Pre-Fill Assistant (TurboStorm or any BOP web app), we return the client data to your desktop and our Pre-Fill Assistant program fills the data into carriers' web applications.

How can client data be retrieved from management systems other than Applied WinTAM, AfW, or Sagitta?
ADTS can read data from any management systems from ACORD apps printed in PDF format.
Can the CSR over-write data entered by Pre-Fill Assistant?
Absolutely, the user is in complete control. Your agency has merely "outsourced" the data entry to ADTS.

What is purpose for the agency DEFAULT library created during setup?
ADTS realizes that many of the questions needed to upload an application to Citizens(or other sites require answers that are NOT found in the management system and therefore are NOT on the ACORD application we receive. Some examples are:
- Hillside slope=Flat Site
- Access=Flat area;
- Heat & A/C=Heat and Central Air;
- Intercom system=None;
- Central vacuum=None;
- Solar panels=None;
- Automatic Sprinklers=None.
Each product has their own default setting mechanism.
Does PFA interpret any data?
Yes; some examples are shown below:

What do the highlights on the Data Confirmation form mean ?
Blue highlighting means data was extracted from your ACORD application. Green highlighting means data was NOT extracted from your ACORD application (blank or unreadable) so your agency defaults have been substituted instead.
How would we treat business new to our agency?
All data must be entered into your management system first. Then Pre-Fill Assistant can read client data as described above.
Are you a wholesaler? Do we have to sacrifice commission?
No to both questions. Your agency is OUTSOURCING the data entry to ADTS and our usage fee is designed to save you money over a human entering the data. Your clients data is uploaded under your user codes.
What does Citizens think of this process?
ADTS has met with Citizens on several locations. Citizens told ADTS that they see the benefit to our product but does not endorse Pre-Fill Assistant nor any other similar product. Citizens asked ADTS:
- Not to save passwords (which we don't do)
- To keep current on changes to ePAS (which we will)
What if our agency has more than one producer code?
All agency producer codes and passwords are entered by the user at the login page of the carrier's web application. ADTS does not collect nor store this information.
Do you keep our client data?
No, once data is uploaded and final e-mails are sent back to your agency, all client data is purged from our database. We keep ACORD applications and resulting products for our support people to spot check accuracy, but those are deleted after 24 hours.
Can you “click and drag” multi insured’s into one carrier for multi quotes from same carrier?
Not at this time. Maybe later this year.
If client data doesn’t change, can we re-use the PFA file next year for renewals?
 Yes, just drag it into PFA again and make any changes right in the web application.
Can ADTS support Life and Health products?
Yes, just give us your source app (pdf) and target web app and we will analyze the work effort to see if we need to charge an additional fee and if so, how much.
Can you fill in Supplemental Apps too?
Yes (same answer as above)… just give us your source app (pdf) and target web app and we will analyze the work effort to see if we need to charge an additional fee and if so, how much.
What do we need to do to subscribe?

Can we send a scanned paper ACORD app?
NO, sorry. Reading data from a scanned ACORD application has an unacceptably high error rate. Until ADTS can extract client data with few errors, we will require printing a PDF from your management system.
Why do you have your own PDF print driver?
By incorporating our Automatic Mailer in the print driver, your user saves a few keystrokes (our objective) and makes our Pre-Fill Assistant easier to use. However, if you prefer to use your own PDF writer that comes with your management system, ADTS has made it simple to send us those apps, as well.
How do we use your ADTS PDF print driver?
After downloading our print driver from our Download page, it installs itself. Once that print driver is selected for printing an ACORD application, your ACORD app will print as a PDF. Detailed instructions for setting up the ADTS PDF print driver and using it (including screen shots) are also available on the Download page.
Is there anything to worry about with your ADTS PDF print driver?
No, we have customized this very well known PDF writer (PDF995.com) only by changing the name, the default location of its setup and where apps are printed to. Some of names of users are: IBM, Ford, NATO, the United Nations, and many more. Feel free to refer to their website (www.pdf995.com) for more information.
